5 slices bacon
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1⁄2 tsp. celery seeds
1⁄4 tsp. salt
5 cups packaged shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix)
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1. In a large skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels. Crumble bacon. 2. In a medium bowl combine next six ingredients (through salt). Add cabbage mix and tomatoes; toss gently to coat.
Stir in bacon. If desired, garnish with additional cherry tomatoes and/or chopped bacon. Makes 6 servings (3⁄4cup each).
